New Yamaha Ego S


"The Colours of Life", such a very suitable tagline for new Yamaha Ego S launched at Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa, Petaling Jaya. The tagline is a campaign adopted by Yamaha becouse they do believe colours can reflect emotions and aspirations of the people. Ego S variety colors offered should fit into different lifestyles and interests.

Hong Leong Yamaha Motor Sdn Bhd (HLYM) revealed the latest edition of Malaysia's best selling automatic motorcycle. The all new Yamaha Ego S equipped with YMJET-FI fuel injection system. 
With a distinctive new look that embodies cutting edge design concept features a compact body with expressive deep-set headlight unit, aerodynamic air intake side covers, and new design tail lamps with attractive colours.  
The performance has been enhanced with new fuel injection system which is developed to ensure strong engine performance, outstanding fuel economy and exceptional reliability for automatic engines. 

Other exciting features of the all new Ego S includes - new compact air-cooled 4-stroke 115cc CVT engine with YMJET-FI, new headlamps design combined with signal lights, new meter instrumentation, large storage compartment, air intake side covers with aerodynamic fins, key shutter as anti-theft device and new tail lamps unit. 

Yamaha claims the all new Ego S offers stronger acceleration from low-to-mid range speeds with efficient fuel consumption. The compact size of the bike allows easier to handle, enjoyable ride between towns and suburb with some ergonomics and comfortableness  features.

Looking at our neighbors, new Ego S such as a twins to Yamaha Mio Soul. From it design, it is same model with same unit of engine (113cc) and same fuel injection tech. Only minimum different can be found such as the size specifications and engine performance output figures.

The all new Ego available in Red, Black, Blue and white with attractive graphics. Now, it is ready to be bought at Yamaha authorize dealers nationwide. New Ego S selling at RM4,918 (peninsular Malaysia excluding road tax, insurance and registration fees).
